How to redeem a gift voucher

Received a Jennifer Sophie Sports Massage gift voucher? Here’s how to get booked in!

1. Head to my online booking site here
2. Choose your service and pick a date and time that suits you
3. At the checkout, select ‘gift card’ as your payment option – please note the current system requires the gift card to cover the total amount of the service. If your gift card doesn’t cover the amount, see the guidance below on how to get booked in!

How to use your gift card if it doesn’t cover the total amount of the service you’d like to book

I’m hoping to update my online system soon so you can use a gift card to part pay for your chosen service. I know, it’s super annoying! I’m a one-woman show so please bear with me for now until I figure out a better option.

1. Browse my services to decide what you’d like to book and see how much it costs
2. Pop me an email at jennifersophiesportsmassage@gmail.com to let me know what you would like to book and when you would like to come in
3. I’ll confirm your appointment date and time
4. When you come in for your appointment, you will only have to pay the remaining amount (less the amount of your gift card). Payment is by card/contactless. For example, if you have a £30 gift card and your appointment costs £50, you’ll just pay the remaining £20 when you come in.
